I'm not reading his entire abortion of a thread but this is one of the weirdest, most arbitrary accomplishments I've seen thrown out around here. Who gives a shite about a final 4 appearance that doesn't lead to hardware? It means nothing. This would be the equivalent of Alabama fans if they all started falling all over themselves bragging about being smoked by OSU in the playoffs a few years back. But I guess this isn't unexpected as this is exactly what LSU he been reduced to recently: bragging about getting close but ultimately failing. It's sad really, you guys used to be so proud.

It's a pretty good indicator of past basketball success. Not sure why that is so difficult to understand.

Making a Final Four in basketball is not a small thing actually.
It isn’t easy to do.
