I would think sooner than later would have to be the new trend.
Unless you don't care about the first recruiting class.
Thanksgiving Weekend will have a Black Sunday/Monday too.

You think they'll fire him three days before Thanksgiving with Jen and Bert with a newborn?
He deserves it after today, but that'd be pretty rough when you can just wait a couple of extra days.
