I would love to have Patterson, Frost, or Gruden (I don't know what the hell is going on there but grumoring is fun as hell). I'm not quite sold on Mullen taking a jump like Franklin did but I'm not opposed to him either. Tennessee needs a name coach right now. We need a "Johnny come home from Pitt again" type of hire.

Even if a name-type hire fails at the job, we need the admin to show it's committed to excellence rather than mediocrity.
