re: Is college football going to end as we know it within the next decade?

We are moving to a point that any contact to the head will pretty much be prohibited. Also helmets may start changing. Still protective from inside but much softer on the outside. Rugby and other contact sports don’t use helmets. I wonder if they have less concussion problems in that game. I think so but may be completely wrong.
