I think the concerns about him wanting to be in the NFL

Any top tier coach would have a concern for this. Chip tried the NFL and it didn't work out, and, if all goes well, he might find that Florida is an easier program to run than Oregon.

his dislike for recruiting

Any coach at Oregon would fricking hate recruiting. What do you tell people? Eugene has a really cool Resevoir that they can visit?

Especially when you're trying to compete with campus powerhouses like UCLA, USC, Washington, Cal, Arizona State has an amazing campus who all run similar offenses to you.

Who runs a similar offense in the SEC to poach our players from Florida?

take the pressure being at UF are concerning

There will be very little pressure from hereon out. He will have two years to do what he needs to do, and with the way he'll be able to recruit talent, he will get it done probably in one.

He has a good class coming in, our entire team is coming back for next year outside of like 3 players. (Washington, Dawson and Powell) He will be king of Gainesville for a long time.
