The second link shows users ONLINE at that point in time. Doesn't mean his account is not active. However, when you click on his name by his post, that DOES lead me to believe his handle is gone. Weird.
EDIT: I'm assuming your searched him on the second link and got the "User not found" message, so nevermind.

Nah. There’s a search function that will show all registered users - in addition to the list of online users. He’s not listed at all on either.
