I thought we had determined that we aren't getting a bigboy from another school.

We are talking available coaches? List is much shorter then.

Look at who he's been coached by. Damn boy!!! Those are big names.

Frost was coached by Stanford’s Bill Walsh, Nebraska’s Tom Osborne, the New York Jets’ Bill Parcells and Bill Belichick, and Jon Gruden. He broke into the coaching ranks as a graduate assistant at his alma mater in 2002 before filling the same role at Kansas State in 2006.

Apparently 4Lyfe hasn't gotten the memo.

He's got the pedigree, easily. He's a fan favorite for a reason. I think he's our next HC, but it's gonna be hard for him to walk away from an undefeated team.

We need a recruiter who is known for his offense.
My big 3 in that regard are
Frost
Kiffin
Taggart
I also like
Gundy
Mullen
Norvell
Offensive guys who can develop QBs. Unsure if they could recruit at a high level though. This is why i have the other names higher.

What does this have to do with a successful coach? That sure didn't help Charlie Weiss (who I think is still on UF's payroll). It also didn't help Muschamp.

Now, I think Muschamp may do better at USC BECAUSE he had to learn on the job at UF. It's okay to take a coach that may not have had a lot of success at a couple of schools. Has he learned from his mistakes? Is he smart? Can he lead men? Can he motivate, out scheme, out work? We keep looking for young guys that have had little success. Why not find more mature guys that have had some failure? You learn more from your failures than you do from your successes. That's why win/losses is overrated. We've seen this with our last 2 coaches. Pile up a bunch of wins but still look like shite in the process.

Huh? What does that mean? Did we get turned down by coaches? Do you know something that no one else knows? Are you on the search firm?
