All he did was not drink the cool aid. He seems to have realistic expectations like some of us on here .

I never thought he'd make it to year 5, but I didn't see any way to get rid of him after this year due to the money involved. For that reason, I was tempering going after him because, short of an off field issue, I just saw no way of his being fired. Most of my support was trying to maintain any hope that 2018 might be worth looking forward to.
And then he handed Gator Nation a golden egg Monday. If TJ can ding me on anything, it would be honestly thinking Mac wasn't stupid enough to bumble into essentially getting fired for cause.

Wasn't the only one...we all got assaulted for seeing the truth if we didn't pump sunshine for an at best average coach.
