Not sure of his recruiting. Thats the only hitch i have since we just had a HC fail who was said to be a great Xs n Os guy but couldnt recruit.

He's no better or worse than Hal Mumme.Art Briles or even Chris Hatcher when it comes to the AR offense.Theres nothing new,innovative or complex about the concept.
He's just a better motivator,leader and self promoter than those mentioned above.
Rich Rodriguez and his offense are better choice for UF IMO..
