Four games to go. What to expect from the team. It would be nice to see the O run the plays that can be executed correctly. I don't care if they are fancy or not.

What do you expect from the interim?

Zaire option with Perine and Lemons with few passes, a lot more wildcat looks with a better athlete out there that we can actually throw to.

I would bet a lot of money that if Zaire starts, our offense ''magically'' improves over the next few weeks.

Does Nuss actually call the plays? Is he still on the staff?

i agree. people should go watch some of zaires highlights at nd. in the right offense the guy is a beast. really disappointed in mac not running an offense that favored a proven player like zaire over trying to go with what he had to know wasn't gonna work.

It’s going to be interesting to see if Nuss will change the offensive play calling to better suit one of thd QBs. If Zaire takes over we need to run the read option . If Franks is starting then we need more bootlegs and easier reads for him.

Franks cant possibly start....a 2.5 QBR???? Be glad that the game is on the road or there could be total chaos in the stands watching Franks miss WRs.

Zaire has to start. No fricking brainer.

Mizzous weakness is their defense...offense is air raid shite...keep Lock on the damn bench where he cant hurt us and maybe....just maybe we can cause a fumble or two? Run the ball and then run some more.

Zaire transfers away from his team for a reason . Your boy Mac didn’t think he was good enough to start. I think it’s likely best for Frank to sit on the bench because Nuss is not smart enough to call better plays for him. Other then wanting to win out I wouldnt be against watching Zaire play in the same offense that Franks has been in .

We saw the read option when Zaire went in -- so we fricking know these morons were preparing for Franks to go down hurt, but only as a last option.

I guarantee you Shannon, who wants to stay with the team 100% will do whatever the frick it takes to win. I don't trust Nuss', because he always supported McElwain and they seemed way too buddy buddy all the same.

Zaire starts or we might as well just forfeit every game left. Franks looked so, so bad. He had 30 yards in over three quarters.

Franks had 30 fricking yards on 19 throws with 1 interception.

Zaire had 36 yards on 6 throws, another 30 yards of rushing in less than one quarter and only two drives.

I'll just stop watching football if Franks is starting next week. Makes zero sense.

Zaire should start. Who knows how UF finishes, I'm predicting they run the table with Shannon as HC.

100% if Zaire starts, I'll bet we run the table and run it well.

If Franks is still the starter going forward, we won't win another game outside of UAB.

You have a lot of confidence in Nuss then I do . But then again you always have a lot of confidence in the team unless Franks is involved.

I left with 6 minutes left in the 3rd. Was one more touchdown away from leaving in the first quarter last night.

1-3 is most likely outcome. 2-2 if we're lucky.

Hard to change bad habits in 1 week. This team has a lot of warts that will take some time to peel off. Just beat FSU and I'm good.

Nothing wrong with our run game...its passing with Franks that has sucked big time. Actually...look at the stats of the game and UGA got about 290 yds rushing and we got over 180 yds...passing 66 vs 100 and change for UGA. Time of possession ? We had sizable edge.

Forget the forward pass unless necessary...lets run the damn ball down Mizzou's throat and give our team some confidence and Zaire some confidence. Mizzou has a lethal passing attack and throw long bombs but defense is bad....again...cant throw it while sitting on the bench. DBs need to pick some off.

Zaire can't pass. Might as well run the triple option

I think Franks is 100% of the problem -- Zaire had more yards throwing in one quarter and, separately, the same amount of rushing yards in one quarter against Georgia.

You can see that he at least has better vision running out of the pocket, and giving his players more time to get open. He just has more command of the field -- knows where the sideline is.

He almost got sacked but got us 2 or 3 yards -- which is significantly better than Franks dropping back, not seeing anything and either A. Taking a sack or B. Running out of bounds for 3 or 4 yards.

Zaire is way more confident, way more composed and seems to at least be looking for receivers. Treon Harris wasn't good, but we won games on his feet, we can do the same with Zaire and Perine or Zaire and Lemons.

I want to win, but it scares me as well.

I don't want any possibility of us hiring Shannon as HC. That would be the end of UF. So I want to win, but not enough that Shannon gets real consideration.

Listen. After hiring two straight underwhelming coaches. I am scared. I can't handle four more years of this.

Florida football is like an abusive relationship currently.

I want it to work out. But every time I get my hopes up, it punches me in the stomach. I see a few wins, get some confidence, then bam. Just got pushed down the stairs. Then it's offseason time, and it's all fine and dandy. AA is working for my partner, all this talk of greatness coming this year. Then bam. One beer and Michigan has left me with three broken bones.

Yet I can't stop coming back. I can see this won't work, I can sense the failure with the partner. But damn..when it's good, it's so good.

Hopefully this is the last of these abusive relationships. I feel we will finally find someone who makes us smile and not dread being near it.
