He understands you have to constantly reinvent yourself to stay on top, Les never understood that and that's why he's not the LSU coach today.

That's probably the biggest difference between the two bc in his day Les was a very good coach
No one adapts to environmental change like Saban. The guy is constantly evolving. His evolution morphed into him being able to see the need for change before change is required
