Very good, yes. Elite, no. Unless you come from the LSU-fan school of recruiting where they've patented the "but per capita!!!" talking point. But I'm talking overall, and there is a MASSIVE dropoff from overall, top to bottom, total quantity numbers of CA/TX/FL/GA and tennessee. That's inarguable.
