The thing with UGA, though, is they have a lot more competition for their talent, like from AU and UT for instance. LSU has traditionally locked down the state of LA (with a few recruits here and there slipping out). UGA has never "locked down" the state of GA.

There are too many elite recruits to "lock down" the state of Georgia. You can only take so many. Kirby is doing a very good job so far of getting the kids he wants...That's really all you can do.
