It was definitely different. But I appreciated the fact that it seemed like he always had a plan. It usually started on the outside of the field and worked in. Which is where things got annoying.

But I think he took his job seriously and worked hard. Have to respect that, and I was always impressed.

The hire could have backfired. But he made sure it didn't.
