jesus. yeah my sister had 2 DUIs plead down and wasn't convicted of a DUI until her third. She also was let go by the cops after running her car into a ditch drunk. This was in Louisiana, though, and my grandfather used to be a sitting judge years ago, so he knew the right people to get her taken care of.
