Alabama, Auburn, and Georgia are 1 and 2-3 in the SEC. Florida is a distant 4th right now. If they continue to improve each week and don't have many injuries (which they can't afford this year from a depth perspective) they will have a chance to win out in the regular season.

UF can't overlook any team though. Literally any team on the schedule could still beat UF if they don't play well (not UAB).

If UF has a 4 turnover game like LSU did last night, every team on the schedule would beat them (not UAB).

At this point, I wouldn't bother looking ahead. It may seem like UF could win out now, but that would change quickly if anything happened to a key player like Malik Davis, David Reese, or Felipe Franks.

I always thought we could bounce back after meatchicken and win a lot of games...perhaps losing one...like UGA. But remember UGA still has AU and other teams on their schedule. They aren't throwing the ball that well, but are winning by outrushing the other team and playing good defense...always a recipe for success.

We could beat UGA, we are in their heads and Jax is a good place for us. Our defense has to improve and we need more blitzs every now and then....4 man rush isn't going to work most times. I know the coaches want to have the backfield covered because of youth....but you cant give QBs all day to scan the field.

If we stop the run game and force UGA to throw more than they want to...it gives us a chance to beat them and the same for our offense, we have to continue to run well and keep third downs short distance....play field position and give them the long field.

LSU was humiliated last night and will be mad, but their team is imploding I think and Mongo is already on the hot seat. A&M is not great on defense and their QB is not very accurate....but has wheels. After LSU & A&M we get a bye to rest and scheme for UGA. Hopefully Cleveland is ok, he is our best WR.

I said ''may not'' for a reason. All of these games are winnable, even with Franks and this acrid defense. No one looked impressive in their wins and losses last night.
