The idea that Philip Fulmer would ever be the enemy of Vol football or the University of Tennessee in general is downright hilarious. Even Johnny Majors at his drunkest was 120% orange alcohol by volume.

So I was kidding. But, UT hasn't done much since Fulmer was fired, i.e., The Ghost of Fulmer.
