Tennessee has a much harder time pulling kids out of the Carolinas and Virginias than they used to.

Their ability to recruit to the east and south has been hampered by some resurgence by surrounding schools.

This started when Fulmer was there, and never has returned.

This may be true but I'd like to know why the recruiting sites rankings don't seem to reflect it?

Butch is bad at a lot of things but I don't think anyone can argue with 4 top 10 classes in 5 years
