All three programs are top tier jobs, imo. They are pretty equal as far as what they can offer to a potential coach. I think the difference is so minimal that it will all come down to personal preference and roster for any incoming coach.

I'm not sure about that. I definitely think they are all "can win a national title here" jobs, but I still think they are a tier below the very best.

Each has their obstacles to being THE program in their state/region/division. A transcendent coach can overcome that, but even a really good coach will still have to deal with those issues.
