Tebow came in as a change of pace. Del Rio and Franks are both pocket Qbs. So all it does it screw up the flow of the game. Gotta go with one, and stick with it.

Trust me, I was on the Franks train all off-season. I still think he could couvery good. He is just too lacking right now and it is forcing a lot of issues we cant continue to have.

Zero issues getting calls in with Del Rio
Running game opened up because he adjusted at the line.
Reads progressions better.
Can audible pass-run by what defense shows.

I am not giving up on Franks. But what he needs to learn is hard in game. He needs one on one coaching and a constant ear piece by side in practice showing him the things he has to grasp to run this offense.
