I believe UGA had dropped to #3 by the time of the blackout but I don't want to let pesky facts ruin a good troll.....
Both State and UGA had their last seasons at #1 ruined by the same thing

UGA finished both of those years ranked higher than State. Even when we're overrated, we're still better.
