The state listed 5 teams with the best chances of landing Zion. Us, Clemson, UCLA, UNC, Kansas and Kentucky were the teams. However, they went on to say that the 3 teams with the best chances are, in order:

3: Kansas
2: Clemson
1: Kentucky

I really don't care that clemson is rated to be in a better spot as I never thought he'd go to an in state school anyway, but to have them rated higher than Kansas is laughable. Is clemson's willingness to get a player that will only be there for 1 year going to unravel all of the work the bagmen have done? You can bet your sweet arse that if they do land the guy, football success aside, there will be an Ole Miss level investigation.

I honestly don't think in this day and age in the big 2 major college sports any teams will ever be really hit that hard over bagmen.

Look at the teams like USC and Miami.
Not that bad, they seem to be going along just fine.

The NCAA isn't going to crush their cash cows like that.
And even though Clemson isn't a cash cow in basketball, they're still in the acc.

The only way the NCAA will get truly involved is child abuse/sexual abuse etc. And even that they'll then come back and rescind punishments.

At the end of the day when all this comes out for Ole Miss, Clemson, Alabama who ever.

The NCAA will strap them with scholly reductions, maybe a one year post season ban for a basketball team that isn't even close to making it, and some kind of probation.

Then they'll "investigate" extra hard, come down on baseball, softball and women's basketball, and say they did a good job.
