HBC could no doubt draw up ball plays. It would be up to someone else to recruit, develop, and get the players ready. The man can call plays. Even when things were going bad with him at SC, he could still get guys open. Problem was it was a 2 Walk On WRs being thrown to by a walk on QB behind a 2 star OL.... eventually the Jimmys and Joes will beat the Xs and Os.
