What a hilarious take on my post. We wanted him, just weren't getting in a 5+ mil bidding war with Texas over him apparently. Based off of us approving up to 6 for jimbo (FSU made it 5.75 so why leave) and Herman taking the UT offer (making a move) for well under 6.
We offer Herman what we offer jimbo either we have him or y'all are paying more for him.
We wanted Herman, even if we paid all we could no guarantee we get him over you. Alleva decided on the bargain and appears to be getting what he paid for at this point.
