Yes, defending auburn2eugene's initial post which was my only point from the very beginning.

What's really stupid is the lack of ability to read for comprehension or in context. His point PRIOR TO TRIAL AND PRESENTATION OF EVIDENCE was that presumption of innocence should be everyone's standard, period. That's the ONLY thing I commented on and defended. I haven't the vaguest idea why presumption of innocence prior to trial is even controversial.
