That's going to be the problem going with a mid major coach this year. The mid major coaches with a bigger resume were hired last season. Purdue, Minnesota, Oregon and Baylor got the best coaches from that level.
Memphis, Toledo and UTSA have coaches that look good, but are only in their second season as head coaches.
