Just spitballing some name here. He's only 43. This is his second year at UTSA. Took them from 3-9 the previous year to a bowl game in his first year. They have started 2-0 so far this year.
He was Associate HC at LSU before getting the UTSA job and has won multiple "recruiter of the year" awards from different sites. He's got recruiting ties both in the south and Texas.
Ideally I'd like to see a little longer track record, but he seems like a pretty intriguing up and comer.
Thoughts?

He's been mentioned here a few times by others. If UTSA has a good year he could be a name to watch.

A coach i wouldnt mind having (yes he doesnt recruit our pipeline in the south or texas) would be DJ Durkin at Maryland i know he most likely wouldnt leave Maryland but the recruiting there has vastly improved and they are putting alot of points on the board (look at Texas win)
