I totally agree. Married a Bama grad and we live in Daphne. Her dad was a coach and so is her brother so she knows a great deal about football. We went to the game Saturday and after it was over she said the same thing. Obviously Bama has top tier talent and coaching but the offensive and defensive lines did not seem as angry as the previous last 2-3 years. Bama even looked smaller than usual. I'm sure they will win a lot of games like normal but I wholeheartedly agree there is a different vibe about this team. We go to both LSU and Bama games so seeing them play live gives a little different perspective than what you see on TV. It gave me some hope my Tigers might could actually win one up there this year now that Miles is gone.
