Like 10+ years ago. They were discussing financing for the Montgomery Biscuits baseball stadium and they were imposing a tax on hotel rooms to pay for the stadium and the guy from the Biscuits kept saying "Whats great is it isnt going to cost the citizens of Montgomery anything!" Well he kept saying it and kept saying it, I finally called in and asked the moron "if the money from the tax wasnt going to the stadium what would it be going to?" He went "ugh ugh ugh" and I said "exactly. So quit saying it isnt costing the citizens of Montgomery anything." I later felt bad about doing it
