Having 6-7 DB's on the field will do that to you. Tech's run game wasn't the concern, game plan was to limit their passing.

Obviously, LSU will be a bigger test for the MSU D than LA Tech BUT LA Tech only ran 50 times for 152 yards (3.0 yards per rush). Many of those yards came late against 2nd & 3rd team D.
