Only difference though is that is not a reviewable play. If it was reviewable, it would be for sure called a penalty, but the flag was missed. It happens because humans aren't perfect..which is why video replay is there for other situations.
The interception was reviewed, and even with that picture was called imcomplete...

I think we also had pretty shitty monitors for the reviews back then (I think we got HD monitors a year or two later). After the review, they said the call stands. They didn't confirm the call, they couldn't confirm or overrule the call.
