You have to. They're just performing how they're coached. They really are a great group of kids. There is no denying that. They all for the most part, keep their nose clean and stay out of trouble as a whole.

The issue is, when you see your boss not shaving during the work week, wearing flip flops on Friday, 150 pounds over weight...it starts to set in with everyone else that your coach is laid back and you should be too.

There are three figures I feared in life...My dad, my high school coach, and my college coach. I was never friends with any of them at the time, but I am now.
