I believe it's both coaching and culture. Sumlin carries himself like he's got everything under control. The truth of the matter is, if it wasn't for Manziel, his record would suck. A&M isn't any better now than they were before Sumlin coaching wise. With all the talent he can choose from, this idiot still can't find a decent quarterback. Coaching at the University of Houston and coaching in big boy football is two completely different animals. Just like Herman at Texas.

Well, he's actually found a few good quarterbacks. Problem is he ran them all off. And watching last night's game it becomes clear why they all left. Sumlin is a jackass.

He is a narcissist. He reminds me so much of Houston Nutt it's ridiculous. Only he is the air raid version of Nutt who doesn't believe in any sort of discipline whatsoever

For a school that likes to pretend play Army, their football team is shameful. Those guys should literally be the most disciplined bunch in the SEC and instead, they're the least disciplined.

Without Manziel, A&M loses the following games:

2012 Louisiana Tech
2012 Ole Miss
2012 Alabama
2012 Bowl Game
2013 Ole Miss
2013 Mississippi State
2013 Bowl Game

Without Manziel, Kevin Sumlin's record is 37-29 (17-23)

I disagree, and I disagree because A&M is not and has never been an elite program. It's actually never been close to being an elite program. In fact, technically speaking, we are better with Sumlin compared to the last 2 coaches. We have never had a losing season, and we made a bowl game since 2012. Then, Johnny Manziel happened, and then the renovation of Kyle Field happened. The expectations were raised.

All Aggies should accept that our program has never been elite. We all want it to be, but right now, Sumlin needs to go. Tired of the meltdowns and the collapses.
