Troy was drafted in the first round because of his speed ... but he was a bust.
I was in the old indoor facility the days of the local combine and he had incredible numbers that day - but he was soft, couldn't take the licks, was never a serious football player. He put on a good show working out that day and he had the best agent in the business with him.

I went to HS with Troy and he could fly.
Iirc, when Lou and Skip came to recruit him he ran a 4.39 in regular street clothes. He didn't get hit much because he out ran everybody.
