Florida hired two former Alabama offensive coordinators to run the team/offense. They were both successful at Alabama because of superior talent. Nuss failed at Michigan when the talent leveled out. Mac was successful at Colorado State for one year. Neither came make in game adjustments, and they consistently fail to get the ball to playmakers.
To me, it seems they are trying to force a game plan based on what worked at Bama. It's not working. Florida has talent...just bad coaching (again).
