And I guess he should have protected Ole Miss and risked the chance to be found ineligible by the NCAA, rather than accept the immunity?

I didn't say that at all. Of course he should have taken the deal.

What I said was pretty clear. It is undeniable that ran a scam on OM for personal profit. There's no way to paint that in a good light.
