Yea it was going to be hard replacing Les. I mean he didn't win it all every year, but was consistent. As you said, you would have to have a big name, and at the time none really came calling. I think y'all did the best thing for the time frame you had. Plus securing top coordinators. As you say again though, they could jump to a coaching position quick if they work out, and have to start looking again. Just be happy for now with who you have and hope for the best. You always want your coordinators to be the best in the country, but you also have to keep one eye on the door they could walk out of. Good luck to y'all
