Yeah. Everyone should read the NCAA rebuttal to OM's response.

Over and over again, people told the NCAA they didn't know someone or that they didn't have any contact with them and the cell records would show dozens of calls and texts in very short periods of time.

They're not only consistently lying about easily proven things, they're really bad at it. Pizza guy is a prime example. He could have simply said "Sure I gave them free pizza and beer, but never any cash" and you've got a relatively minor violation with a he said/she said on a bigger one. Instead, he lies and said "I never even talked to them" and lets his credibility be utterly destroyed by phone records.

This is why they think they have the drop on SA#39.

He told the NCAA that he misremembered something about getting paid by a booster. The NCAA then showed him where Barney had confessed to receiving text from the booster stating that the payment had been made. #39 then knew that there was no use pretending that he didn't get paid.

And rebels think this is going to get them out of some charges
