1. Admittedly not much, but I did manage 3 restaurant outlets at a hotel (FOH).

2. I don't know the exact logistics. I just know there is no way they are smoking enough meat to serve 50,000 sandwiches for 93,000 people. Maybe 5, 10 tops.

Also, sorry for being a dick. I was in a bad mood earlier. Bled over into my posts.

There are no smokers in Sanford. There is no commercial kitchen in Sanford. Nothing is "cooked" in Sanford. Everything is trucked in and reheated. Even chickfila.
