Barstools, I have two questions...
1. Would you mind sharing your food service credentials? I promise I'll share mine if you share yours first.
2. Do you think Dreamland is going to be running 12 smokers in Sanford Stadium? Or just a central smoker somewhere in the catacombs with a commercial kitchen and running the sandwiches out to the kiosks?

1. Admittedly not much, but I did manage 3 restaurant outlets at a hotel (FOH).
2. I don't know the exact logistics. I just know there is no way they are smoking enough meat to serve 50,000 sandwiches for 93,000 people. Maybe 5, 10 tops.
