If the escorts are underage, then obviously that's a problem for that guy. But I suppose it could be more problems if the school somehow facilitated statutory rape.

But I can't imagine there would be any way to ascertain the escorts involved, since a phone line is not evidence of a specific escort. At least, it doesn't sound that way.

But it looks like they threw the guy under the bus, but only after they were forced to by Nutt's lawyer. Not because of the NCAA. So, can't imagine that will help them any.
