I said it the other day, they should give Les $4 million to be OL/Associate HC and Associate AD. He can pull the strings from behind the curtain but won't absorb all the losses on his W-L record.

If they're smart they'd hire 5* DE KJ Henry's dad. Dad coaches at Charlotte.
