actually, 4-8 in 2010 and 2-10 in 2011, losing 15 of the last 16 SEC games is what has hurt his prospects.

I was flabbergasted that Ole Miss ever hired him to begin with. He isn't a good enough coach to compete in the SEC. The talent around the conference went over his head while he was at Arkansas.
He had those two good years in Oxford because Orgeron actually stockpiled some talent that fit right into his scheme...But basically all Arkansas fans were laughing out loud about that hire from the jump.
Not only is he not very good, but he is easily the most toxic coach in the country. I'm not talking about over the top criminal stuff like Baylor or High Freeze...But that dude straight up destroys whatever he touches.
