It is extremely likely that there are far far older and more advanced civilizations out there than our own.

Keep in mind here that I'm not denying the possibility of a creator/creators. I'm simply pointing out the fundamental flaws in human religions and the absurdity at the belief that (if there is a creator) humans could possibly understand what a being of that magnitude would want from us.
