Really speaks to the dominance of the few and to the short tenure of the profession in general. I didn't realize quite what had been lost when Miles and Stoops were knocked off that list within a year of each other. And if you think about it, guys like Swinney and Fisher can totally say "Lsu, Georgia, tennessee, Florida, Louisville, Texas, USC, Oregon, Oklahoma, Michigan, Stanford. None of them have what we have and that's a coach that has been to the mountaintop and come back with a ring."

Just think, if Scarborough doesn't get hurt it may very well be only 3 active HCs
