Someone spiting on their end of a contract (Legal agreement) will make you do that. The agreement was that both sides would keep their mouths shut. UM chose not to do that and because of their failure to adhere to the contract, they deserve to get what is due to them, just as Coach Nutt is.
Perhaps they will find (regarding their contract with Coach Nutt) that the law is a bitch. They will likely find the same to be true with their agreement with the NCAA.

You are right about letting the court system into your life. I found out the hard way during a divorce. A contract is pretty much black and white to a judge. It doesn't matter if it seems fricked up and common sense does not apply.
