Serious question , cam ncaa place restrictions on where freeze can go, and is that a likely scenario?

They can give him a show cause so that any institution that hires him gets penalized but they can't restrict who hires him. It's a free market.
If he gets a show cause I imagine he will go to the JUCO ranks until it expires as the NJCAA is a separate governing body.
