It's a complete statement, therefore it doesn't require any commas.

He is missing a period though.

I do have a legit gripe on the missing period. Who actually places one in the title?

I maybe wrong here, and I'm cool if I am, but I think it needs commas because you can pull that prep phrase out of the sentence and it's still a complete thought. It would then be:

"Florida won with their second best pitcher by one"

The "against a guy..." is just a preposition phrase and should be surrounded by commas.
