He told the story of his visits to Oxford, dumbass. He wasn't asked "did they have security tags" and "did you use a gift card". He was just telling how he remembered it going down. Like I said, maybe RR has never used security tags, but perhaps the other stores LL went shopping at that day did... So in his recollection of the day, RR also had security tags. Same goes for the store clerk he named... Maybe that girl (Emily wasn't it?) actually worked at the store they shopped at down the street.. Any defense attorney will easily show how those details are insignificant. You really expected LL to remember that day 100% accurate? Nobody can do that. Details like that are always inconsistent. Even in far bigger and more important cases than this.

The NCAA is going to keep LLs testimony to them as part of the infractions and dish out punishment for those infractions regardless of what comes of this suit. That's a fact.
