Yall keep saying this. Yall keep starting thread after thread with post after post about OM's investigation, day after day, yet you apparently haven't read anything on it.
Leo said that there were theft detecting devices on the clothes. There has never been theft detecting devices on clothes at rebel rags. They have the Starkville coach who was with Kobe at rebel rags say it is a lie. They have accountants that went through the books that prove $2800 of free merchandise is a lie and how they allegedly paid for it (gift cards). They have video footage of them in the stores walking out with less than $100 worth of stuff and proof of purchase, which was not a gift card. They aren't off by an hour, or by a name, every single thing they claimed has been called a lie.

So if a crime is committed, like a bank robbery, but the robber was careful as to not leave any evidence and not get caught, the bank robbery didn't happen?

Also throw in Leo claiming to be in Oxford on a date that he was actually playing an away football game in HS. Another "minor detail" though.....lol

I've read it and the response. Sounds like a response of someone with a hand in the cookie jar and using any minute detail to disprove it. Your school, Barney, RR has latched onto this one allegation(no. 9) as a misdirection off the big picture. I just have a hard time believing the investigator would have included that b/c (3) different parties admitted receiving free merchandise when a quick search of the RR owner has him posing in pics with ole miss athletes of past and present. The interaction of Farrar and Kiffin with the booster is plausible especially when the University agrees those two have committed other violations.
But let's throw that no. 9 out. Do you want to address no. 14 how Barney introduced SA39 to two different boosters and lied about it? So who is the dishonest one here?
